Cara membuat :
1. Kocok telur menggunakan sendok masukkan tepung terigu, maizena, minyak goreng, santan instan, air, gula, garam, vanili sampai rata tidak ada gumpalan tepung..
2. Sediakan 3 wadah / mangkok
3. Ambil masing masing 2 sendok sayur dan tambahkan pewarna ( saya pakai mangkok 3 giliran warnanya)
4. Panaskan kan teflon jangan lupa oles dengan minyak goreng sedikit
5. Buat bintik – bintik polkadot setelah itu tambahkan dengan 2 sendok sayur adonan putih panggang hingga tidak lengket.
Resep isian:
200g kelapa parut
150g gula merah/pasir
200ml air
Pewarna pink ( optional )
Vanili
Pandan
Cara memasak :
1. Rebus gula hingga larut kemudian masukkan kelapa, vanili, pandan.
2. Masak hingga air habis
3. Dinginkan
4. Kemudian masukkan isian kedalam kulit dadar gulung, pelan pelan ya bunda biar rapi. Siap deh dihidangkan.

4. Tambahkan kuning telur. Aduk rata. Masak sampai kental. Angkat. Masukkan margarin. Aduk rata.
5. Ambil selembar kulit. Beri isi. Lipat dan gulung

3. Panaskan wajan teflon, teteskan adonan kuning setetes setetes hingga membentuk polkadot lalu guyur dengan warna ijo. Lakukan hingga adonan habis.
4. Ambil selembar dadar, beri isi unti bbrp sendok kemudian lipat dan gulung.
